Training opportunities, accreditation and qualifications are not just a matter of getting more out of our workforce. We know that work needs to be challenging, stimulating and provide a reward, providing new opportunities to overcome challenges and develop skills.

We are always looking to train those enthusiastic people who want to work in our trades straight out of education, the same way that we started. There is no alternative to on-the-job training, and we owe our skills today to our labour in the past.

For this reason, we support youung people through college and professional qualifications, providing opportunities for real work and future employment.
